That's it. No paperwork, no return shipping, no hassle. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
One Claim Per Household The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases of each product, one claim per household.
