Jojoba is technically a liquid wax — not an oil — and is structurally similar to the skin's own sebum. Applying it can actually signal to your skin to produce less sebum of its own, making it a good choice for combination and mildly oily skin types.
Jojoba has a comedogenic rating of 2 (low) — it is unlikely to clog pores for most people. Rosehip is also low-rated. Sea buckthorn, used in small amounts, is the highest-rated ingredient (4–5), but the diluted concentration in NECTAR is well-tolerated by most skin types.
